 Not a very good fit, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: FitFlop Men's Lexx Fisherman Sandal (Apparel) I agree with the previous reviewer on the fit of these shoes. I normally purchase a size 8.5. For the FlipFlops, I ordered a 9. The shoes look good, but when I slid my foot in the shoe, the fit was a little snug. That would have been OK if the velcro straps were a little longer. If your foot is almost exactly the size of the shoe, very little of the velcro strap attaches. So, when you walk, the velcro strap comes off constantly. If they made a size 9.5, the shoe would have worked for me. But FlipFlops do not come in half sizes. A 10 would surely have been too big. So, I returned the shoe. But, and this is a HUGE problem.... The strap in the back does not have enough velcro to close around my foot. It BARELY reaches, so when I walk, the straps come apart all the time. Let me say again, that the shoes fit perfectly. This is very annoying, because it certainly could have been made a bit longer. I'm considerting cutting the straps off completely, because the shoes do stay on. Kind of annoying, though, for such expensive sandals. |
